The MUFFA Cameroon consists of several body:
- A general assembly gathering all the members. It is the supreme decision-making body.
- A board of directors made up of 12 members. It is the leading body.
- A general direction
- An inspection committee
- And three agencies in Yaounde, Douala and Bafoussam
