WINC
The WINC is a club of investment created on July 14, 1994 by a group of women of the Cameronian female elite.
The major objective of the WINC is to link their forces to contribute to intellectual, moral blooming and material of the African in general, and Cameronian woman in particular.
S be members are conscious E S owing to the fact that the valorization of the role of the women as partners with whole share of the development passes initially by the control and integration in the modern financial circuits. It is for that that the first action of the WINC was to create a micro bank where the women with low incomes can save and obtain also a small credit : The MUFFA CAMEROON was born in 1998.
Godfather : Afriland First Bank
AFRILAND FIRST BANK, banks international private Cameronian, plays the external part of listener of MC² and MUFFA. AFRILAND FIRST BANK intervenes on the level of MC²/MUFFA almost in the same way that the Central Bank acts with respect to the trade banks. Thanks to its know-how, it:
- ensure the formation of the agents as regards banking operations;
- ensure the safety of the operation of MC²/MUFFA by regular controls. The prudential ratios (liquidity, performances, management of risks) are defined for this purpose and must be respected by MC²/MUFFA;
- ensure the opening of MC²/MUFFA on the banking structure on a national and international scale;
- bring on the local level the complement of financing necessary (refinancing and cofinancing) for the development of MC²/MUFFA;
- bring the assistance necessary to the realization of the Community projects;
- fact of profiting in MC²/MUFFA from the fruits from the research-action carried out by itself while allowing them to reach the bank economic situation and the bank of microphone-projects etc;
Technical support: ADAF
ADAF is an association which brings its support to the level of the development of the institutional capacities of MC²/ MUFFA; thus it ensures the staff training (accountancy and management of the EMF, governorship and management of the EMF, management of the wallet of credit and strategies of reduction of unpaid, analyzes financial EMF, feasibility study and plans of development, Information system of Management in the EMF, risk management. contrôle/audit intern and external audit, development of micro the projects, etc.)

Moreover, ADAF assumes the role of guide, picture framer, assistant and agent of follow-up-evaluation of MC²/ MUFFA and is used as agent of intermediation near the international organizations and other partners with the development.

MUFFA CAMEROON collaborates with CGT in the installation of new units MUFFA in the province of Cameroon South-west.
