Bodies of management
At the time of its Constitutive General meeting, AMC² obtained four (4) bodies of management which are :
- The General meeting : It is the supreme body of Association. It gathers all the members.
- The Council of the Wise ones : It east is the jurisdictional authority which seeks solutions of wisdom to all the dispute which can be born within AMC². It includes/understands between 12 and 24 members.
- The Board of directors : He is responsible for the application of the law, the Statutes, the rules of procedure as well as execution of the decisions of the General meeting. He is composed of nineteen (19) of which representatives of fifteen (15) MC² and MUFFA elected by area.
- The Executive Secretariat : It is responsible for the application of the law, the Statutes, the rules of procedure as well as execution of the decisions of the General meeting. It represents under delegation of the Board of directors, Association in the acts of the civil and legal life.
