There are two categories of members defined by the Statutes: ordinary members and the members partners.
- The ordinary members are MC² and MUFFA legalized and operational on the Cameronian territory, and adhering to the Statutes of AMC². They are entitled to vote as a General meeting.
- The members partners are institutions which uvrent for the promotion and the development of the network of MC² and MUFFA.
The bank of support, the Mutual insurance company of the Administrators of MC² and MUFFA are members partners of association with advisory voice. ADAF is member partner with deliberative voice with the General meeting.
Condition of membership in AMC²
To obtain the ordinary membership, the applicant structure must meet the following conditions simultaneously :
- To be MC² or MUFFA ;
- To conform to the statutes and rules of procedure of Association ;
- To pay its expenses of adhesion and the necessary contributions whose amount is fixed by the General meeting.
Adhesion is pronounced by the General meeting on proposal of the Board of directors. A certificate of adhesion signed by the President of AMC² and the Executive Secretary is delivered for this purpose.
